CMKX traders couldn't get filled .0001 on Friday

"cmkx traders who tried buying on thursday and friday at .0001 had no success. I know there were prints at .0001 on thursday and friday however who was getting the shares the people I talked to who were trying to buy 5,10,15,25 mil blocks had no success.
