The SEC will have to present evidence to support it claim for damages and injunctive relief. RPH will be allowed to dispute the evidence at that hearing. Sorry folks, it is not over yet.

Give it up, do you really think dufus is going to appear and again he is not the only one named, so is the company and he will need a lawyer to be heard.

He will not get representation. Ask the pos if he has a lawyer and even if he will appear. My 1,000,000 shares says he will not even be there.
