Evidentiary Hearing - A hearing to determine whether evidence can be used. If it was obtained with probable cause or not or otherwise illegally or simply may not pertain to the case.


The SEC will have to present evidence to support it claim for damages and injunctive relief. RPH will be allowed to dispute the evidence at that hearing. Sorry folks, it is not over yet.
