PHBR setting up nice sheff Congrats on the Board
PHBR on the radar scans for big hitters. Easy money maker and looks to heading right for 80 cents (50% increase).

New fresh money and investors coming in at these levels and some large blocks today. Looks like we have some bigger investors as of today. I say PHBR looks like some good ice cream that got churned today and closed very nicely.
