Zoned and permitted for for certain uses, yes. Specific to a particular company (hotel)? Perhaps.

If so, that would infer a contract of some sort (LOI or MOU) with InterContinental Hotels Group. That would be nice.

Clarification would be great.

As to the order of releasing financials and it possibly being illegal to do so, I guess we'll never know. It is what it is.

But incomplete? How? The '07 financials are history and the '08 quarterlies aren't going to change anything.

Just my opinions. Nothing to do but watch the sp slip lower and lower and wait for some good news to come out.

We are requesting the Transfer Agent to confirm:
The Issued shares remain at 300,471,362.
The initial stock issued on take over remains restricted.
That there has been 1 only person authorized to issue stock.
This letter will be published.
