My understanding that the property in Beijing is a building suitable to be a hotel. I don't know if it was built that way or needs to be remodeled. I'm sure the deal puts that responsibility on the Buyer. However, if it were just vacant land in Beijing, it would still need to be zoned and permitted for certain uses. I assume this is what DM has arranged and has therefore made the property more attractive to a potential buyer.

My understanding re the order of financial release dates is that it would be imprudent and ill-advised to release the documents our of chronilogical order. I don't know why that is, perhaps it is illegal. It certainly would be considered incomplete since assumptions would have to be made on what is in the unreleased versions. That would open a can of worms IMO.

DM's letter indicated that there is a need for a strong CFO to handle the finances of the company. I'm guessing that DM prefers to err on the side of caution, rather than make a mistake. A mistake that a qualified CFO would not make.
