Personally I see no more signs of TiVo locking up this space than I do WXP. In what way is TiVo a major player in the virtual video space? They have the exact same problem Wavexpress does. The existing major rights holders are doing things for themselves. Which leaves independent providers like WXP breathing space - if an atmosphere almost devoid of financial oxygen can be called that - in the "innovative" video world. Cartoon Cow for WXP.
