ATNG .009 X .01 has to bounce soon? They are manipulating this really hard imo. Every sell they take the bid down and they aren't moving the price up when people are buying at the ask. Once the MM's are done playing with this the price will increase sharply imo. There is no S-8 or CD out to justify this kind of drop in price with the excellent news yesterday.
