Art: NNCO needs 2/3 majority vote for the R/S, 313
M out of 474M. The directors, mainly ex-CEO DeVries hold only 20% of shares. So the common shareholders may have enough to vote this down! I would rather see them increase the authorized and tighten up on S-8 shares issued!!!
