NNCO - well it's still just proposed for that meeting at this point. Don't know much about this company, just saw the filing and posted. Do insiders control enough stock to do what they want, or is a vote actually relevant? also it looks like what, a month or so (actual date left out, but June sometime...) until the meeting. May get a bump before then, who knows...
