Jimlur, you had better be careful or raymond will accuse you of being a "gangbanger" for pointing out where an improvemnet can be made in mgmt. lol. Raymond, this is a perfect example, its not HATE. There are people in every company that don't contribute in the fashion they should and most often they are removed. My guess is it will happen and it has nothing to do with anyone hating, its about improving your personnel for the betterment of the company and inturn the stockholders.
