Well, it was fun while it lasted...............

I'm not selling a share, but I think I'll be taking a leave for awhile. A new system prevents my accessing iHub during the day.

How unfortunate, for this has become far more entertaining than Seinfeld, Friends, Frasier, etc. And, just as some of you have favorite characters on those programs, I have come to know and respect so many of you here.

After logging on for the first time this week and reading the "post CC" posts, I realized the fate of Wave has absolutely nothing to do with what is said on this board. One thing I've learned in the past week: our fate is tied inextricably to so many factors out of our control that it is crazy to read this board and think otherwise. I believe in the company, the technology, and Steven K. Sprague, whose almost singular vision has helped the company evolve, adapt, and survive. I believe in the huge, huge market that Lark Allen described to me three weeks ago as being there for Wave to conquer as a first mover. As I said in a post after my attending IDF , these folks know trusted computing and one day you'll see that Wave's fingerprints have been all over it since the beginning.

But the other thing I've realized after being off-board for a week: the day to day squirmishes only matter if you are focusing on the day to day battles. I shouldn't care in the least what the other side has to say day-in, day-out. Believe me, there have been so many posters who, over the many years I've been around, became disillusioned with Wave and simply left. It makes me question why some of these posters remain. They've staked their flag and I've planted mine. The war will be decided in a few quarters. But until it is decided, they will cast doubt, pass judgement, and continue to test your resolve.

So, to all my friends, Thank You! I've learned much and contributed little. It seems now I must recede into lurk mode, but hope to be back soon. I'm looking forward to the day when I either jump the firewall or meet you in Las Vegas.

Stay healthy, 'cuz this is only money.................
