If we see NO CONTRACT by the end of the 3rd Quarter, will you concede that Paul is a fraud like Dan?

This gives Paul over 2 more months to produce something,anything but EAMPTY TALK!!!

PS- The Contract has to be with a REAL company, not just another PR announcing a Contract with an unnamed company in a Generic part of the country.

PPS - Or another 20 unnamed patients from Down Undar.
