I do not mind dilution either in some cases, but in this case continued dilution does bother me. If they have projected revenues of 12M, then why do they need to continue to dilute at .0001 to raise money. 6B shares at .0001 is only 600K. That amounts to 5% of their projected annual revenue and yet it would further destroy the entire stock structure. That to me is not a smart way to operate.

How about take 600K from revenues, and use that money to close new deals.... If there is not 600K of cashflow or profit from the 12M in revenues, then this company has other issues that we have yet to discover.

I fear there has been some more dilution, perhaps not 6B worth, but maybe another 1.5B worth.... My question is why if they are making proifts in the last two quarters with a projection of 12M in Revenue do they need to dilute to raise a few hundred thousand.

I am patientely waiting for the company to answer that before I will add to my 10M position.
