I've sold 3 businesses in my lifetime and negotiated numerous loans ....never saw any type of loan without a UCC 1 . In some states its required by law . I would imagine lending a co. 300k after they have defaulted on 500k would include some stringent conditions .... I saw nothing in the 8k of May that looked out of the ordinary ....in fact was quite pleased with (l) in the covenants section.
