If you would see the structure of the investment in the 8k and the type of investments they normally do you would know something is wrong.

Seeing the UCC was a death sign of its own but I thought LOTT had some connections or something other being a manic depressive who doesnt communicate with shareholders while he sits home and contemplates suicide.
