Hi See, Cy/SPWR spin-off you mentioned. I am thinking there is some value here. CY owns 52% of SPWR from what I understand. SPWR is worth $6.45 bil. 52% of that is $3.35 bil. CY's market cap is only $3.95 bil or just $600 mil without the SPWR share value. IMO the SPWR is not fully priced in. I think the buy would be now before the spin-off.
Thoughts?
