Quest Minerals & Mining Corp. (OTCBB: QMNM) engages in the acquisition and operation of energy and mineral related properties in the southeastern part of the United States. It holds approximately 30 coal leases covering an area of 700 acres located in Pike County, Kentucky. The company is based in Paterson, New Jersey. With 213.37 million shares outstanding and 743,900 shares declared short as of July 2008, there is no longer a failure to deliver in shares of QMNM.

This article says the Outstanding is less than the 363M I thought it was. Is this true and if so must be good news.
