Since things are a little slow, I could use some schooling by a few folks with the MBAs. I understand Sterling's calculations and how he got to .068, and I understand what a Market Cap is and how that is determined. But to me the one thing that bother's me a little bit about this company and may be a reason the price is still in the cellar is the Net Worth of the company.... As someone posted earlier, a Million dollars could buy this company... A cute way of saying the market cap is only about 1 Million. So my question is doesn't the 1 Million Market cap more accurately reflect the Net Asset Value of the company. Afterall if they have 717M in Assets, yet have 717M in debts (Preferred Stock) what is the real value of the company.

Or does the value of the preferred stock also figure into the Market Cap....

Thanks in Advance....
