Mr. Phelps is the SPLITTING image of ROBERT V. PETRY. I have suspected that Big Shot Bob was involved in something VERY BIG. Thats why they call him BIG SHOT BOB. Did any of you notice in the EMERGING ISSUER INTERVIEW they only showed BOB from the waist up and never showed his LEFT arm? Of course, thats the perfect way to disguise ANYONE! I also noticed a shade of make-up and the the skin tonner was way off. Now throw PHELP'S fake beard in there and there you have it.
