ETCR UPDATE...

...VPS's submission of the 2nd $50K of the Hal Roger's Grant has been approved and s/b sent a/o of this post...

...phase 3 is underway...the "reel" good news is that the UNIVERSITY of LOUSIVILLE ("UOL") will be sailing w/gov't to meet with VPS and MILLARD of ETCR next week on "current" status...this is good as "UOL" is getting a 4 to 6 week jump on the preparation of it's independent analysis...

...as the BLUEGRASS STATE "seas" that all so far is UPSTREAM and no murky waters at this time....

...it appears that after FLAG DAY and well into Independence Day week things will be flowing very nice here...
