John 19-35, The PR Clearly states that Joe resigned as President, that is a Managerial position, not a directors seat, no where does it state that he resigned his seat at the directors table, besides, if he controls the majority of shares, he still holds more power than the whole of the BOD, more importantly though, the new people were HAND PICKED by Lanza, and EVEN MORE IMPORTANT, he didnt even serve them up to shareholders in a proxy vote, as most above board Corps would do.
