I agree IH, unfortunately, it takes governmental agencies to get screwed by the naked shorts before they start enforcing their own laws. Never mind the rest of us who have been getting killed by it. Hopefully, the enforcement of naked shorting will transcend down to all stocks, for the benefit of the American economy. I always thought shorting was un American in the first place.
