Lets see some action, on this front naked shorting has been illegal, its just until now the sec has been in cahoots with these people. Maybe now after they see the carnage on the whole economy they will start to change their practices.

About F-ing time. Simple stop bending over for the naked shorts and Enforce the law.
And nice job A wholes removing the up-tick rule, now realize your follies and also re-instate the up tick rule.
