marsnvest, If Lanza controls the majority of shares, he also has full control over the other directors, heck, he and Neely hand picked them, this latest move in much more window dressing than actual change, strictly in my opinion of course, the only way anyone here will know with any degree of certainty is if the company actually becomes a reporting entity.
