Well I note that in the PR it doesnt say Lanza actually resigned from the BOD, only from his managerial post of President, and I also note that it doesnt indicate Lanza associate, Neely, has resigned, and I also note that the new people were appointed to the board so 1 would have to assume that Lanza controls a majority of the shares inorder to make such a move.

I do find really humorous Lanzas statement that "he and the Board had been in negotiations since October 2007", was he talking to himself in the mirror? LOL

Reminds me of when Jayne Lanza, as figurehead President of OMDA, successfully negotiated the purchase of the failing Magazine "Profit" form its struggling publisher, Jayne Lanza, that was a hoot!
