I expected a little more from you as an assistant moderator on this board as one who, at one point had a modicum of credibility(at least from me) back in the early days of this stock.

Now you've been reduced to nothing but whining and complaining about Linda Perry and how you feel betrayed. You know what? I'm down quite a bit right now on paper with this stock also; but I personally know what its like to go through an extremely lengthy audit period with a mound of information to collect and disseminate for regulators(not to mention the SEC). It is extremely stressful(and probably why RTGV and Atlantic gave themselves an adequate window to make sure they have plenty of time to do this right), but in the end when the opinion is rendered and and the governance is happy, it is all well worth it - and in this case the shareholders

For your information, there is a three day settlement on ach deposits to brokerage accounts - I would think you would know this but you obviously couldn't wait to pull out that post-it note from Friday and remind the board.

Please give us a moratorium on the negativity - at least until 9/17/08 - as you really sound like Charlie Brown's teacher at this point.

I wish you the best and don't mean to attack you but it is really is getting old. You, myself, and the other longs on the board will all be rewarded eventually.
