on the monthly chart it seems to be back in a range of 17.50 to 32.50, sitting on my hands till i see some targets reached is not going to be easy i depending on momentum i might start to buy at a vix of 30.40sih, msft, csco, ge, uyg, and wfc are on my watch for today
