Stocks go up. Stocks go down. VERT isn't doing anything illegal, they are simply selling shares into the market that were furnished to them by someone in bulk. The price is low because there is low buying interest. There is low buying interest because traders know that VERT is selling someone's bulk shares. VERT would be selling at .05 if they could. They can't because (see line above). They're just doing their job. When they get done dumping shares maybe the price will turn back up.
