Cat Daddy..with UVSE (.025) I completely misspoke saying the A/S had been increased to 1 billion shares. The CEO hinted in the last PR they may increase the A/S to 1 billion. I put in a post (that I deleted) that the increase had already occurred. The company has not done that as of yet and cannot until the next board of directors meeting.

They are a OTCBB fully reporting company which means they cannot increase Authorized Shares until majority shareholders vote and they also file for the increase with the SEC.
You can also call the Transfer Agent anytime for the current share structure.
