Let me understand this then - Two questions.

1). Was Block 5 & 6 ever awarded?

2). Do we lose our choices?

From the Facts page on ERHC website:

In making the awards for Blocks 5 and 6, the JDA confirmed ERHC's 15 percent interest in each of these Blocks.


So it appears that NOTHING has changed. So why even bring this up?
