1). Was Block 5 & 6 ever awarded?

Yes. The awardees could never agree on the PSC terms so ERHC withdrew.

Check the link below and scroll to the bottom of the JDZ page if it doesn't come up on that page. Notice who's name is missing next to the 15%ers in blocks 5 and 6.

2). Do we lose our choices?

I don't know.

So it appears that NOTHING has changed. So why even bring this up?
