Hi Jaybird,

Read a few of your posts on TIV and took a look at it. Nice small float, insider buying, and last few months has shown some good money flow on the chart. Noticed the volume looks to be low and that any real move up sells off, often retracing 100% or more. Do you know why? It has been trading in a range for quite sometime now....roughly 5 - 9.50 or so. Would imagine if it ever does break above that it should really move. I own a lot of BQI the stock you usually compare it to unfavorably.:)
