but, at what point does the pressure of high gas and food bills start a trickling effect on fast food restaurants, movie theaters, and other entertaiment outlets...at what point does a person give up their daily doughnut and coffee on the way to work, and start having a piece of toast at home(ok, this last sentence is a stretch)

thats my opinion on why we see further losses...do i have a valid point, or whats your opinion on this? (this, as in...people will buy food and gas, instead of "luxury" items, ie...a new tv, phone, clothes, etc)
