I agree that IBZT's management sucks. I also agree that nobody could be so stupid as to manufacture and import a product from Israel without knowing some kind of FCC approval of the laser device (or whatever) is needed. But...
I think there's a possibility that the FCC approval may have been done already but revisions to the product design were made that warrant re-approval. This isn't a fact, but it's possible.
At any rate, Ken has already burned himself pretty badly by giving out shipping and manufacturing dates, none of which have materialized and have resulted in tons of phone calls and a long, steady drop in the share price. Not giving a date on this approval is the smart thing to do.
Who knows if the FCC is really the reason for the latest delay. It doesn't really matter to me. I've been holding this stock for way too long already, and I'm not about to jump out (at a loss) when the company is so close to meeting the goals we've been waiting for since January. The product is real. It'll get shipped eventually. Waiting sucks, but losing money sucks more. I'm confident that the end result will be positive and profitable.
I'm sure Jim Bishop will comb through this post and exploit every hole he can find... that's fine. Go ahead. This is just my opinion on the whole matter.
