There's also those two agreements that need to be clarified!
~ 50% of Gross profit to Tarun Mendiratta, who is a principal in Interstellar Holdings
~ 50% Gwenco Stock owned by Scott Whitson


Any cash dividends issued by Gwenco to QMNM:
QMNM will pay QMNM's expenses. Leftover cash would increase Shareholder Capital.

I'm sticking with the numbers too!
