You say they can't even work the promo right!
I agree if the plan was to buy low sell high.
IMO they not.
What they doing by promoting one to buy at .0001 (LETTER)
(get on board)before the uptick..lol
say they happy getting .0001 or .0002 if they lucky.

There been a steady supply of them .0001 shares.
