They do mean business and as such are willing to negotiate terms wherein they will recieve payment as opposed to putting the people in jail who would otherwise make those payments.

Of course where those payments are going to come from is not clear, or documented. So it could still be a very serious problem. Kind of in the dark here, wondering if optimism is appropriate, or if it would just be blind balderdash. Hard to say really.

At least the financials are out. They do have a something of an unpleasant odor though.
