Beacon Redevelopment Industrial Corporation/FKA Intelective Communications, Inc. Completes Formal Name & Symbol Change

NORTH HUNTINGDON, Pa., July 9 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Beacon Redevelopment Industrial Corporation/FKA Intelective Communications, Inc. (OTC: BCND), announced today that it has formally completed a new name and symbol change.
Beacon realizes that this has been a lengthy process, however it is now complete and the company will now devote its attention towards the growth of the business. During the name and symbol change process the company has actively been negotiating and contracting to acquire some major redevelopment projects.
The first such acquisition will entail a 16 plus acre industrial site/track that will consist of the demolition of a closed down factory. Phase one will be to demolish and recycle every aspect of the structure from bricks, steel, fixtures and land fill (with an estimated recovery/recycle value of several millions of dollars). The second phase of the project will be to redevelop the property with a new state of the art industrial complex. This deal has already been contracted with pre engineering, permitting and construction activities currently underway.
As the project progresses, the company will expand on more specific details including location, financial projections for all phases and other pertinent information regarding the entire project.
