The issuer has reviewed its records and is satisfied that at least 2 of the 10 posters on these boards are not shareholders at all but rather individuals with other motives. In particular the action calls for remedy against something named "Stratey", ITLOGIC, Jim Bishop, Janice Shell, Universal Trader, Ratso,Strongtower, Livinginstyle,Rigmedic to name a few. These individuals appear to be some loosely organized Internet posters with agendas to discredit the issuer its management, and its advisors. The issuer believes some of these posters do this for a fee on behalf of their employers. The issuer is also seeking damages against the Internet chat site "Investors Web Site" to release all names and records of these posters or to have the courts compel this web site that harbors these individuals top do so. The issuer has received full remuneration from its corporate advisor who is funding the entire legal process and the issuer shall not be burdened with any legal costs. The entire legal process should not defocus the issuer from its activities as the process is being managed by the issuers investor relations company. The issuer is desirous to see a speedy and a mutually satisfying resolution however the issuer agrees that it can not sit idle while these stock bashers continue to erase assets from the issuers bottom line with false self serving propaganda. It has come to our awareness that the TEST email attached has been distributed to more individuals than the addressed Steen Elgaard. We created the email and forwarded it to Steen Elgaard in attempt to get a response to the invoice that we forwarded to Monarc Corporations attention in March of 2008, as we have never received a reply or arrangement for the invoice. The mail was never supposed to be distributed to others than Steen Elgaard, and we are sorry for any disruption, confusion or problems it may have caused. As the fireside chat site has 4 administrator within Monarc Corp it is impossible to clarify who made the call to distribute this TEST mail to others. We can see that it was not distributed to all members but a selected group of fewer users. Any of the administrators could have sent out the message as well and it's impossible to track.
