i usually try to think like the street because if you want to outsmart them you have to know them. i allready developed a "ceteris paribus budget" and based on my budget at 30 times projected income,plus cash, the street is right.
But,we do have 12 or 13 kkus in the bank not jet accounted for that will mouve our 04 income probably close to 70 cents per share,but interest rates will adjust to twice the projected inflation so 4 to 5 % by jan 2003,WE ARE LIQUID LIKE, OR MORE IN PROPORTION THAN, LU,we'll finally make some monet on our cash,that will be incremental for the year 04 : 3 to 4 per share probably.
