Just My Opinion on this rainy spring day in sunny Northern California..The frustration of the .20 cent shareprice is getting to some long-term longs...So who is to blame for the
shareprice? After all we have to blame somebody, how about the new P/R firm?? Let's see, they just were hired and the next day
came out with a solid P/R about ETLK getting contracts with two
important Chinese telecom companies...Then what happens? Harcourt
and ETLK stay flat..So the Lexington firm should be fired?? Being
realistic investors have been burned so bad in all phases of
the stock market that the P/R fell on deaf ears..I just had a
conversation with a broker from Dean Witter..He said in the past
when the interest rates drop so low in savings and CD's people
turned to stocks..He said it's not happening this time..Also
due to the Enron fiasco individuals are changing their 401-k's
from stocks to safer investments..Things will change and confidence in the market will come back, it might take awhile,
but it will happen...Let's give Hartcourt a chance to compete
for those shareholders when the time comes..Again just my opinion
..One more thing, sure would like to see a West Coast team in the final four...
