If PXD loses on the 11th, a settlement offer is just about certain, it is absolutly certain that it will be for less then MOSH Holdings is looking for, it will also contain a clause that PXD admits no wrongdoing. This will be a MOSH HOLDINGS intelligence test. Take the money, settle up with the unit holders and move on down the trail, OR fight it out in court for a POSSIBLY larger settlement AND all the appeals that WILL follow. (The latest appeal in the EXXON VALDEZ case just wrapped up a few months ago) If your too young to remember the Exxon Valdez case, look it up.

Help!I am being held in cyber-prison with no explanation. It's dark and the walls are cold. If you find this note call Underdog!
