I just wrote this in another thread:

500 million shares sold at 0.02 will create $10 million dollars.
$10 million dollars will take Gwenco out of BK and pay off the remaining liabilities of QMNM.
And the company would be free and clear of all liabilities.

We'll be able to see what's going on when Gwenco files their June Financial Statements with the BK Judge (in a few weeks).

Of course _ all is IMO
