Strange, the only thing I can see that they have ever been consistent on is failing to achieve their goals, and the goals change every six months or so...with this latest go round just more of the same as far as I can see.

Granted I'm blind to see inside, but I'm not optimistic. There's is absolutely no reason to be optimistic.
