You are probably right on the mark with your assumption. Only time will tell whether or not we see any of his current "promises" hold to be true or false. Many of those guys have been in this as long or longer than I have been. I have been in for a little over a year and a half and have been accumulating all along the way. I sure hope we see something concrete this summer rather than another list of reasons why production has been stalled. imo.
