I'd say my interpretation stands. High altitude is a relative term that could have meant "high" for a demonstrator, which for a working stratellite is mid-level. Yes, it is likely that Bleckman didn't have a clue what he was talking about and all of this is a useless analysis of wiggle words.
I have not addressed what I think actually flew, which is that nothing of significance has flown.
No, the s2 has not performed as it was designed or intended, under either of the purpose sets being discussed, imo.
To me this is all a matter of interpreting stated intentions (otherwise known as BS) and that indeed, nothing has happened beyond the relatively old tech RC devices and that back-of-a-pick-up truck action that we know too well.

One last comment, I have seen you use the word "coincident" (an adjective, as with "two coincident events") several times when the context indicates the use the noun, "coincidence'; as in "it was a coincidence". fyi
