I'm sure the bid is actually at .0003, they've been hiding the bid for the last 4 or 5 days of trading now. I'm not sure exactly how the buy and sell data works but I do know that I've seen my buys show up as sells and my sells show up as buys. Unfortunately, It's not 100% accurate.
