The fact that I used Wiki for my reference is the reason for this statement:

"...although this information comes from wikipedia..."

However, I've not found anything concrete (and in print) that disputes this particular article.

This plays into particular importance when it comes to long-term investment in this company. For the quick buck, well, you've seen it doesn't take much.

Long term investors should really want to know fully what they're dealing with. So far, the details have been sketchy at best.
