But is it wise to ask a question that we already know the answer to just for the purpose of enbarrassing HRCT? Dr Phan has explained the difficulty of doing business in China. To know that and still demand a detailed rundown of every failed attempt is requiring the company to spend needed time and resources dealing with shareholders that could be better spent pursuing other endeavors. The new administration deserves time to get adjusted and we must make adjustments also. Always keeping in mind that our purpose is to build HRCT into an investment that will make the wait worthwile.
